Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may return your item
within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unused, and have all original tags
attached. To initiate a return, email returns@globalmatronscouture.com with your order
number and reason for return.
Please note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. For hygiene
reasons, worn or washed garments cannot be refunded.
