SHIPPING & PRE-ORDER POLICY
All products currently available on our website are offered on a pre-order basis as part of our market validation launch.
Production begins after orders are confirmed. Estimated production and fulfillment time is approximately 40-50 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Please note:
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly.
Orders containing multiple items will be shipped together unless otherwise stated.
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the pre-order production timeline.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
As our products are produced on a pre-order basis, customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• With all original tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging where possible
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Please note:
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or an incorrect item was sent.
• Items returned with signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage may not qualify for a refund.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.
