Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
As our products are produced on a pre-order basis, customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging where possible
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14-30 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or an incorrect item was sent.
- Items returned with signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage may not qualify for a refund.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.
